Successful organisations have identified that

for individual employees, teams and leaders
begins with a primary investment in identify-
ing and working with pre-existing strengths
and talents. The key is to discover what traits

and then build upon these to make them
strengths. Strengths-based development
involves the identification oftalents, integra-

resulting changes in behavior. This workshop
includes strengths based online assessment
and the report and aciton plan must be

tion has a direct influence on your impact as a
contributor, leader and business owner. Think

reality. So unless you bring something unique
and compelling to the table, you run the risk

Resilience is VITAL today. Resilience is the
POSITIVE adaptation by individuals, despite
their experi- ences of significant stress,
change or adversity. Emotional resilience
isn’t about toughing it and ignoring feelings.
It’s about knowing yourself, your stressors,
and when to reach out to others. It’s also as a
leader howto build resilience in those around

ability to identify characteristics of resilient

The key is to discover what traits and talents are most natural for each of us and then build upon these to make them strengths. Strengths-based development involves the identification oftalents, integra- tion into one’s view of themselves, and resulting changes in behavior.
