2. ABOUT ME
Z-chitect was formed by me in 2017. I have experience in many project types including private
residential, multi-storey residential, retail, commercial, educational, recreational and industrial.
Z-chitect design approach is to re-connect architecture with nature, make optimum use of space,
natural materials, lighting & landscape to reinvent and transform living environments and urban
spaces. I am striving to create design that inspires, approaching each project, regardless of size &
scale, with an understanding that architecture has a unique power to influence lifestyle and society.
My aim is to provide professional architectural services that achieve an appropriate balance
between functionality & aesthetics, context, material, cost & time-frame.
I constantly seek my client’s satisfaction by clarifying, understanding and responding to their needs
and expectations. Z-chitect firmly believe in the principles of environmentally sustainable design and
apply these principles to all of our work.
I am registered architect with the Pakistan Council of Architecture & Town Planning (PCATP).
Architectural Services
 Concept Design:
Establish and strengthen the relationship with all the players involved; brainstorming & preliminary
workshop; feasibility analysis; preliminary concept & concept presentation
 Schematic Design:
Space planning; facilities requirements & schematic plan
 Design Development:
Detailed planning; selecting materials; presentation drawings; 3D computer models; preparation of
colour sample boards.
 Construction Stage:
Final drawings; working drawings & details; overall colour finishes; schedules for special items;
Coordination of consultants & detailed construction documentation.
 Contract Observation:
Site observation; quality control.

3. Selected Project
 Residential
My residential projects are strongly individual and express the unique characteristics of their sites as
well as the aims and ambitions of our clients.
Z-chitect undertakes a wide range of residential projects, including new dwellings, additions and
alterations, and interior. My design approach differs for every project, and is governed by budget,
physical and cultural context, client need and desires, environmental considerations, and the
relevant Council Development Plan requirements.

5.  Interiors
Z-chitect creates luxurious and contemporary interior design, united and integrated with the
architectural design. I deliver exceptional designs for any space, from an apartment bedroom to the
executive offices of a bank.
