I would like to recommend Simeon Stata as a candidate for a position with your organization. In his
position as Partnership Development Director, Simeon was employed at Gillware from 2013-2014.
Simeon is a driven, ambitious and energetic individual with outstanding people and communications
skills. These personality traits collectively make him ideal for any position where frequent contact with
prospective or existing customers is necessary. At Gillware, Simeon was part of an insidesales team that
focuses on building our referral partner network. Simeon was efficient and very effective at winning the
trust of prospects. His communication style is laid back and calming which is perfect for cold-calling
activities.
As a member of a team Simeon can add a strong voice with a lot of good ideas. He is receptive to
training, but also has his own opinions about how things could be done better. He is incredibly
perceptive and has a great ability to see how his role fits into the broader view of the entire
