Scope: EPCC. Synopsis: USD 350 Million Contract value & 3 Million Man-hours job.
2. PPL Adhi - LPG & NGL Recovery Plant III
Scope: EPCC. Synopsis: USD 120 Million Contract Value & 1.2 Million Man-hours job.
3. UCH II - Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant 450 MW
Scope: EPCC. Synopsis: USD 420 Million Contract Value & 4 Million Man-hours job.
4. Metro Power Limited - 50 MW Wind Power Project

 Prepare overall schedules for selection, FEED & Execution phase as per project’s scope
of work and accountable for schedule maintenance and review.
 Responsible for Preparing detailed FEED schedules.
 Producing schedules with baselines to monitor progress against plan on a weekly basis.
 Leveraging Gantt Charts, S-Curves, Burn down Charts and Tornado Diagrams for

 Consolidating projects status reports for internal stakeholders and combining these with
dash boards, trends analysis and pictorial overview of project current health to facilitate
strategic planning and decision making.
 Providing support to the Proposal Department for the development of Project
Schedules, Man-Power/Equipment Deployment Charts and Project Overheads Cost
calculations for all upcoming projects.
Costing
 Compiling Project Balance Cost to Complete (BCTC) at multiple intervals of Projects to
assess the financial health of Projects along with estimates about completion.
 Conducting Cost Control & Forecasting through Statistical Tools like EVM, reporting all
costs along with allocations on a weekly basis and using cost data to develop change
orders.
Project Management
 Holding Project Kickoff meetings to bring high ups aboard for the project by preparing
and presenting synopsis (scope of work, key resources, risk and cautions) linked with
the project.
 Collaborating with Project Managers for the effective Mobilization of Projects Team &
Resources to deliver on the financial and operational KPIs.
 Organizing regular meetings with project engineers, function-lead and contractor
representatives for the assured realization of effective communication between all the
stakeholders.
 Critically analyzing potential risks in contract and project execution for proactive actions
for risk mitigation and damage limitation.

 Supervising the corrective maintenance of Fire tube and Water tube boilers (48T/hr).
 Performing Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance activities to ensure high
grade quality of work and compliance with Health Safety and Environment (HSE)
procedures.
 Optimizing inventory and managing spares using MAXIMO 4i as part of the KPI
improvement plan to ensure availability of spares with minimum inventory.
 Successfully launched a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) campaign that highlighted safety
