Weekly Responsibilities  Ensure that all resignations, dismissals or demotions once all the circumstances and factors have been considered have been approved by security managers and that a detailed record of all actions taken is kept.  Study any trends and evaluate the data in order to advise the customer timeously of corrective action that is required. All recommendations must be presented in writing.  Attend to all correspondence and respond and take action where required.  Perform regular spot checks and audits on time sheets.
