mass market through effective utilization of the resources in order to create optimum impact on the

• Lead the sales force team through an effective planning for ensuring robust executions of trade
marketing activities in the top end outlets (i.e. Platinum, Gold and Silver) to build an edge over

Also to explore opportunities to sustain the growth momentum of the performing distributors through ensuring necessary support. • Development of Sales Forces of Distributors: • Build an effective team in the territory with the distribution sales forces through regular briefings, on- the-job & off-the-job training, performance review sessions and success celebrations to ensure integrated approach, right focus and robust effort in achieving the territory business objectives. • Developing Excellent Rapport with trade partners • Build and maintain a sustainable long term business relationship with the key trade members through regular market visits, engagement and relationship building activities to gain active trade support behind company products and activities. • Trade Marketing Executions: • Ensure a robust implementation of national brand campaigns/cycles and promotional programs for mass market through effective utilization of the resources in order to create optimum impact on the retailers & consumers at point-of-purchase and thereby achieve brand objectives and sales targets for the cycles/campaigns. • Lead the sales force team through an effective planning for ensuring robust executions of trade marketing activities in the top end outlets (i.e. Platinum, Gold and Silver) to build an edge over competitors. • Provide strategic input to RSM in trade marketing strategy based on the learning while executing trade marketing activities. • Ensure effective utilization of all standard reports from the sales support for day-to-day decision making & for improving performance as well as sustaining good performance. • Analyses all available information and competitors activities and provide strategic insights to RSM to take necessary corrective measures to achieve the regional business plan. • Plan and ensure effective distribution of all types of trade commission and incentives to be recognized as benchmark. • Ensure effective utilization of all POSMs, merchandising materials and branded gift items for sales force and trade loyalty programs. • Plan and ensure sales force engagement programs in consultation with RSM and by driving the
