Present continuous tense
I am / We are / They are swimming.
He / She / It is dancing.

3. In this lesson, you will learn to use the present
continuous tense to about what people and animals are
doing.

talk about actions?

5. How do we talk about other people then?

6. We use He is … to talk about what a boy is doing.
Sometimes we need to double
the last letter before we add ing.

When the letter before the last letter is a short
vowel, we double the last letter and add ing.

the end before we add ing.
