Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) are community groups for
college and university students interested in Google developer
technologies. Students from all undergraduate or graduate
programs with an interest in growing as a developer are
welcome. By joining a GDSC, students grow their knowledge in a

What is the Solution Challenge?
The Solution Challenge is Google's global annual
contest that invites all Google Developer Student Club
members (including you!) to develop solutions to real
world problems utilizing Google technologies.

Development Goals?
Google Solution Challenge is a competition organized by Google that encourages
individuals, student teams, and organizations to develop innovative solutions using
Google's technology to address societal and environmental problems. The challenge
typically invites submissions in various categories, such as sustainability, education,
healthcare, and others. The winning solutions may receive prizes, recognition, and
support from Google to bring their ideas to life.

Who can participate?
● University students (undergraduate and
graduate)
● Above the age of majority in the country, state,
province, or jurisdiction of residence (often this
age is 18 years old)
● Open to any GDSC members (including leads
and core team)
● Each person can only join one team

● All team members must join a GDSC chapter
● At least one person on the team must be a GDSC
member at their own university. Other team members can
join a GDSC chapter at any university
● Teams can be 1 - 4 people (no more than 4)
