Editor's Notes
Pointing out the new rotating chairship is a good idea as set out in the governance rules. This is also a chance to highlight Mang’s addition and let the audience know they could join as well if they have the time and staffing to make the committment. This meeting is a good place to be on a lookout for new members.
Scott, i added a point about the voting process and decision making we worked into the governance rules. I thought it would be good to mention those so folks know we are working towards more formal processes of making major decisions.
Scott, i took my name off the web committee membership list. I won’t have time to participate much and i don’t think i’m needed anymore now that you are also serving on the steering committee and handle that communication process
