Investment management professional Scott Bushley draws on more than 20 years of experience in
overseeing finance and business operations at Granite Point Capital in Boston, Massachusetts. In
addition to possessing a bachelor's degree in psychology, Scott Bushley holds an MBA in finance
from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

3. Boston College's Eagle Exchange Program
In an effort to support undergraduate students and enable alumni to share their professional
expertise, Boston College launched the Eagle Exchange online mentoring platform in October
2019. The school now has a global reach through its 184,000 alumni working in approximately 145
countries. Eagle Exchange bridges the distance gap and allows undergraduates to draw on the
experience of alumni in similar fields.

4. Boston College's Eagle Exchange Program
The platform was developed in collaboration between the career center and the Boston College
Alumni Association, and leverages best-in-class technology to facilitate networking and career-
related connections and conversations. Alumni are invited to create profiles on the platform.
Students and other alumni can then reach out and request to engage in conversation. The platform
is similar to LinkedIn, but is solely for Boston College students, and features only career-specific
groups and discussions.
