Implementation   0  Buy-­‐in  from  staff  who  participate  and  a  plan  for   implementation.    What  is  your  goal  for  using  the   system?   0  Train  numerous  staff  members  to  use  system  for   coaching:    administrators,  academic  specialist,   department  heads,  academic  leads,  etc.   0  Use  for  coaching,  not  punitive  measures.   0  What  are  you  going  to  do  with  the  results?   0  Set-­‐up,  practice  runs,  and  working  out  the  logistics.
