Amend the Service Tax Registration

1. “Procedureto Amend theService Tax Registration”
1. Log into to the https://www.aces.gov.in
2. Go to  REG ( Registration Column)  AmendRegistration
3. Fill the Details where you want to change Address/Name/Premises/Taxable Services….etc.
4. Here Selection of Jurisdiction is very important that should be selected as per the place of
business. Please ref the link or files attached end the document to know the Karnataka state

5. Then Click Next/Save& Continue
6. Fill the Details of Proprietor/Partners/Directors.(Don’t forget to click save & Add New )
7. Then Click  Save& Continue
8. Then AmendForm ST-1( Application) will be opened  Take a Print out of the same
9. Click  Submit  Acknowledgementwill be Generated Take a Print out of the same
(It can be available at REGPrintAck Receipt option)
10. After Submission of hard copies to the Jurisdictional officer, ST–2 will be issued in Two days
11. Documents listed below should be submitted to the Jurisdictional Officer
 Acknowledgement & Amend ST-1 Application.
 Rental Agreement along with recent power bill, ID Proof of Proprietor.
