Ms. Bollinger has served as Executive Director for four agencies that provide services
for children and adults with physical, developmental, intellectual, emotional and/or
health related disabilities in Central New York. She also has experience with early
childhood intervention, foster care, youth development, mental health, veteran services
and long term care.
She has extensive experience with employees, providers, volunteers, board members
and self-advocates/peers. She understands constituent relations, government
regulations and foundation funding requirements.
Ms. Bollinger currently serves on the board of directors of the NYS Association for Rural
Health and the Rural Health Council of Madison County. She is a member of the
Healthy Syracuse Initiative Worksite Wellness Task Force, the Onondaga County
Community Services Board and Long Term Care Advisory Board. She was previously
chair of the Human Services Leadership Council in Central New York and the NYS
Rehabilitation Council.
A Fellow in Health Leadership with the Health Foundation of Western and Central New
York, Ms. Bollinger is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse.
