8. Samples of work ; RECOGNITION; Employee of the month/ Spotlight Award
I have designed the spotlight of the month board inline with company’s recognition scheme. Aim of this project was to
get monthly winners pictures on a high flow area where all their colleagues can see individual’s achievement. This is
positive effort to recognise employee hard work, their good ethics and contribution to the company. It also gave us an
opportunity to celebrate success as team and drive motivation amongst them.
Roll of honour board has been designed to highlight all the winners for respective months. Since the introduction of
this, positive/healthy competition has grown. Everyone wants to be part of success and be proud of what they have
achieve.
9. Samples of work ; ENGAGEMENT; 4 i ‘S
Last year company introduced 4 i’s concept to drive Customer service, team work, operation and high performing mind set. This
was designed in a high staff footfall area where staff can visually see what it entails.
10. Samples of work ; ENGAGEMENT; 4 i ‘S
This is a symbolic tree I have created to drive motivation. Every employees name represents as a leaf
along with their respective managers. This is also to clear any barriers between staff, line managers
and promote one team concept. Even it deemed as a simple idea we have clearly seen some positive
effects indirectly.
