PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Manage, direct and lead production process.
• Review and update SOPs.
• Take up Continuous Improvement Projects, Ensure cost, quality and delivery standards,
JOB PROFILE: -
• Preside over the production of Goods.
• Monitor & coordinate operation trouble-shooting for Productivity improvement, Quality improvement and Cost
reduction activity.
• Order appropriate materials, Ensure products are created on time.
• Set and meet production goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise workers.
• Correct problems on production line.
• Maximize the production process to lower costs.
• Change production levels and staffing on different product lines to minimize inventory levels.
• Monitor product standards. Implement and oversee quality control programs.
• Oversee one or more areas or an entire plant.
• Implement training programs. Coordinate with different departments in the manufacturing plant.
• Work with the financial departments to come up with a budget and spending plan

Taking Care of Shift Looking Smooth running of Plant Machinery Like – CNC (SL-8)- Mori Seki, CNC (HMT), and
Pilger Mill, & Spherodizing furnance & STP Plant.
JOB PROFILE: -
• Taking care of the Production Activities, leading a team of the section for Heat Treatment, and Reporting to
Manager (Operations) / (Section In charge)
• Responsible for daily production and manpower planning.
• Co-ordination with Quality person.
• Analyze/examine existing methods, processes, & systems and explore opportunities for improvement.
• Time & Motion Study of different m/c (just like Straightener, Austenising Furnace, and tempering furnace).
• Looking after all heat treatment, Straightening, End cutting & Material handling related production
activities.
• Responsible for validation and calibration of critical instruments & equipment of the H.T Area.
• Co-ordination in tool room activities regarding Sizing mill rolls, Cut & Facer machine tooling.
• Daily co-ordination with Mech. /Elect. Department for maintenance activities of all Machines & Furnace
maintenance.
• To assists in third party inspection, Maintain documentation as per ISO (9001 – 2000) standards.
