Testing & Commissioning of 34.5/13.8/4.16kV Power Transformers with tests involving Transformer
Winding Resistance Measurement, Ratio test, Vector Group, Transformer Open/Short Circuit test,
Insulation resistance test, Magnetic Imbalance & Magnetizing Current Test, Winding & Temp Gauge
Calibration, Dielectric test of transformer Oil, Oil Filtration, Control and Relay signal verification from
transformer to switchgear. Neutral Grounding Resistor (NGR) testing and earth pit resistance testing.
Testing & Commissioning of Switchgears (LV & MV) - Conducting Insulation resistance test, Hipot
testing & Contact Resistance test on Bus Bars, verify switchgear scheme wiring with continuity test,
Verify Earthing of panels and ground wires of switchgear. Calibration of various ammeters and
voltmeters, perform transfer functions in Main-Tie-Main Switchgear, Test the heater and lighting circuits
