are right now. And getting you ready to make the shift into becoming a more
powerful influencer.

We start with a customized leadership assessment to have a jumping off point. But that’s
all it is. The starting point is meant to open a discussion about different leadership and
communication styles. And to get a sense of where you are most comfortable.
Through focused conversation, we’ll get to the heart of how you currently lead and
influence. and design the exact steps you need to take to accelerate your influence.

Developing influence isn’t a one off. Our process is a combo of:

45 minute sessions that start off with the question ‘what do you want to
accomplish today?’ I’ll ask direct, precise, curious questions designed
to help you uncover challenges and find your own solutions. I’ll look for
patterns in your thinking, the meaning in your use of words, and any
resistance that’s holding you back.
Stealth
Quick laser focused, coaching that will help you navigate a situation
at hand. Designed to help you adapt in the heat of battle, under
real world pressure.
Supportive
Customized short videos delivered to you. Each micro learning
segment expands and reinforces specific areas of discussion.
Designed to accelerate your growth as an influencer.
