11. CONCLUSION
• Through these Activities we understood how Role
Analysis and Job Description are intertwined with each
other and other major HRM functions.
• We also came across the theoretical differences and
how talent acquisition as a HRM Function is
fundamentally adaptable according to the needs and
domain of the company.
• Apart from HRM Activities, We developed a better
understanding of the business and how the HRM
department was placed within the organisation.
