This document discusses prefixes and suffixes. Prefixes are added to the beginning of words to change their meaning, and common prefixes include inter-, com-, con-, auto-, anti-, multi-, and ex-. Negative prefixes include im-, ir-, il-, in-, un-, and dis-. Suffixes are added to the end of words to change meaning, and examples are given of using prefixes and suffixes correctly in sentences. Exercises are provided to test understanding of prefixes and suffixes.
