EAT is based on state-of-the-art science.
EAT will identify current knowledge gaps and initiate interdisciplinary
research projects, to expand the knowledge platform on the food/health/
sustainability nexus.
EAT will catalyze healthy and sustainable solutions and innovations along
the food value chain, and create shared value for business and society.
EAT will set the political agenda and develop innovative policies.
EAT will develop strategies to increase consumer awareness and
drive behavior change at scale.
