The document outlines a draft leadership structure for a Southeast Michigan STEM Learning Ecosystem Alliance. It proposes a Regional Leadership Council made up of representatives from education, business, organizations, and government to provide general oversight. It also proposes a Regional Input Network of connected individuals and organizations to provide feedback. Individual initiatives like landscape mapping and innovative problem solving would each have an oversight committee led by a Council member. The goal is to create a STEM learning ecosystem across seven counties in Southeast Michigan to support the region's population and industry needs.
