The SAS of Ukraine is in charge of examination
and verification of the procurement rules which
were used by the contracting authorities at all
stages of procurement process:
Planning;
Establishment and conducting the procurement
process;
Examination of the terms` contract execution.

4. Purpose of monitoring
Support to the efficient and transparent PP procedures
Helping the contracting authorities
to respect the PP legislation
Foretell the violations
Ease the burden on the contracting authorities
by reducing the number of control procedures
Avoiding of risk appearance possibility
concerning corruption

5. Achievements of SAS of Ukraine
During 2012-2017 and І-st quarter of 2018 the SAS of
Ukraine has examined the public procurement procedures
for the amount of UAH 107,0 bln

6. Achievements of SAS of Ukraine
In accordance with the results of the examination of PP
procedures during 2012-2017 and І-st quarter of 2018
It became possible to predict the abasements on the total
value of UAH 36,6 bln
