convert them to nightly rentals and quadruple the revenue overnight then reinvest those profits into
adding glamping sites and refurbishing the horse facility to establish a 501c3 Equestrian program. I also
intend to make it a 4-season resort having only been booked during ski season with Sipapu Ski area
just 7 miles down the highway buy bringing the fishing pond back to life and creating summer events.
