An alternative to corporate governance
Yorange is a management strategy tool that provides an organizational structure in which the power to make important decisions is distributed within the organization.
It differs from conventional management hierarchies, where power is in the hands of a select few. The basic principle is self-organization, in which employees organize themselves into different teams and work autonomously toward a common goal.

In recent decades, companies have
experimented with outdated
organizational behaviors, rigid,
bureaucratic, with an excess of
processes and control all in the face
of an external world immersed in
change never before experienced.
All these efforts have rarely achieved
real results, and the main reason for
these failures is related to the fact
that all these initiatives were and are
conceived and implemented using
the same mentality they want to
combat.
Design Thinking is based on the
idea that by truly understanding
users and how they interact with
a product or service you are able
to design a better one. In recent
years, the concept of Design
Thinking has increasingly shifted
to product and service
innovation, becoming a creative
approach to solving complex
problems.

Energizing roles
Yorange organizations have a multitude of roles organized in bubbles that contribute to the
organization's purpose and the "mission."
Yorange does not think in terms of fixed
positions. In your role, everyone can make
suggestions, but no one can tell you how to
do your job, as long as you hold up your end
of the bargain.
The results are in line with the
"responsibilities" of the role, your actions are
in line with the "purpose" of your role, you do
not hinder the "dominance" of another role.
When a person is assigned to a role, he or she
assumes responsibility of that role.
13. 05
In Yorange-terms, a "tension" is a problem within
the bubble. In essence, a tension is an opportunity
for improvement.

It is your job to raise the
issue with the appropriate
people and offer solutions,
at the next tactical or
governance meeting.
WHAT DOES
THAT MEAN?
14. OKR - objectives key results
OKRs stand for objectives and key
results, a goal-setting methodology
that can help your team set and track
measurable goals. Originally pioneered
by John Doerr, this framework pairs
the objectives you want to achieve
with the key results you’ll use to
measure progress—so your goals are
tied to your team’s day-to-day work.

15. Virtual Share and Tokenequity
Tokenized equity refers to the creation and issuance of digital tokens or "coins" that represent
equity shares in a corporation or organization. Think about tokenized equity like any standard
share purchased in a listed company. In this case you are partner of the company and in some
special cases also eligible to take decision.
