This document discusses violence against women in India, particularly in West Bengal. It provides several examples of violent crimes against women that occurred in December 2016 and 2013 in various cities in India and West Bengal. These crimes include gang rapes and murders of young women and girls in Delhi, Patna, Vopal, and Kamduni. The document also discusses possible factors contributing to such crimes, the role of government and law enforcement, and calls for changes in attitudes towards women and a faster legal process. It questions when the violence against women will end and how many more lives will be destroyed by rape.

Rise in violence against women in India
1.
2. “The sweetest of all sounds is that of the voice of the woman we love”
Many many years ago Bruyere has said this but nowadays, in this 21st
Ultramodern Century we, better say the brutals like us love to listen the
harsh of it.
We have made our West Bengal independently in first position for
atrocities on women in last eight years.
We are proud to say that, the number of rape is increased by 700% in 36
years in India.
But, neither police nor government have any headache off it!

14. • Central Govt. has started “Fast Track Court”, the
fast-lane of investigation on a case.
• State govt. has decided to start courts for only
woman.
• Prime Minister has remained silent on the issue.
• Chief Minister of our state has stated the incidents
as a drama or man-made accidents.
• Law-makers are acting as law-breakers?
• In our West Bengal we have Three Fast Track
Courts in Darjeeling, though could the govt. solve
more than 5000 cases?
15. “ If you are a man who respects women…
Her right.
Her dignity.
Her independency.
Her mind.
Her body.
Her life.
…you are a #MARD. “

16. • Attitude to women must be changed.
• The legal process of dealing with the
crime must speed-up.
• Men must be educated and ‘sensitised’
about women issues.
17. • How many days, one group in society will
suck and one group will adulate them?
• How many days, a group will enjoy the
incidents from middle?
• How many hands will be pollute in the
contagious killing disease in name of
rape?
• And how many body will be destroyed
thus?
18. Neither Government nor the police
can change anything in this society.
We, the democratics should change
ourselves, change our thought of
dictatorship. After all, every single
citizen can make a Government, but
the govt. can’t make a one citizen.
