This document discusses taking the Climate Smart Approach to Disaster Risk Management (CSDRM) forward at the country and regional levels in Southeast Asia. It recommends that national focal points facilitate working groups to share national workshop action plans and ideas. It also suggests feeding back 3 actions at the country and regional levels. The document lists several opportunities and entry points for the CSDRM, including regional meetings, UN frameworks, climate initiatives, and disaster risk reduction networks. Finally, it recommends making use of the CSDRM at institutional levels by sharing the approach with colleagues, looking at projects through the CSDRM lens, and sharing with networks working to integrate climate change adaptation and disaster risk management.
