Understanding	the	Data	
 

Score:   The score is simply the  average of the feedback results  on a four point scale with 4 being the 
highest  possible  score  (Strongly  Agree)  and  1  being  the  lowest  possible  score  (Strongly  Disagree). 
Selections of “Does Not Apply or I Do Not Know” were not factored in the calculation of the score. 

Percentages:      A  percentage  based  result  is  given  for  each  individual  question  in  addition  to  the  raw 
number total.  This is a percentage of the total number of responses for each choice including “Does Not
