Having six (6) months of experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment and

 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from various

up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issues such as
Compensation review, relocation.
 Constant touch with the joined candidates as to check whether they are happy with the work
culture of the placed company.
 Maintaining Excel Sheets for Selects, Offers, Joiners, Back out candidates.
 Effectively using Personal Network, Built up Database, Internet and Employee referrals for

shades of lightness/darkness when viewed by transmitted light, caused by thickness or density
variations in the paper. Java is the most appropriate programming language for the security of
an image through watermark technique. So, we have done the project with the help of Java.
