7. The Generation Youth Foundation (GENYOUth)
is a nonprofit health and wellness organization
focused on youth empowerment and thought
leadership. Its flagship program, Fuel Up to Play
60, is the largest health and wellness program in
schools across the U.S., and engages support
platforms, content, and funding to stimulate
student entrepreneurship.
SAP supports GENYOUth‟s entrepreneurship and leadership
initiatives through financial backing, employee engagement, and
knowledge-transfer of expertise. Each year, SAP helps youth
entrepreneurial organizations deliver curriculum to more than 4
million youth.

10. Disaster can strike anywhere, anytime, and
resources are needed immediately. The key preparing for disasters before they happen, and
responding quickly when they do. A business
network that responds to unforeseen needs
enables business continuity and accelerates the
road to recovery.
The Red Cross responds to disasters where no amount of
planning can meet all needs. Effective coordination of resources
is critical to deliver aid. SAP‟s Ariba network powers the Red
Cross „ReQuest‟ system, connecting volunteers with suppliers
in the area to quickly procure and distribute goods and services.
The ability to reach new suppliers during a crisis powers the
Red Cross “humanitarian supply chain,” and helps achieve
their mission of saving lives and serving those in need.

Chicago Tech Academy providing accelerated
five-year high school diplomas and Bachelor‟s

SAP co-founded the Start-Up High School, providing funding,
technology, mentorship, and an ecosystem of employment
partners. SAP has committed to deepening the partnership to
continue scaling development of the workforce of the future.

16. B-TECH (Business Technology Early College
High School) is a movement in partnership with
New York Department of Education (DOE) and
City University of New York in Queens building a
“9-14” school, where students earn a high school
diploma and Associate‟s degree in 6 years at no
cost. B-TECH aims to provide career paths and
mentorship to students aspiring to solve the
problems of tomorrow through technology and
design thinking.
SAP is a co-founder of B-TECH, which will feature a
computer science and business technology theme.
Students will gain expertise in cloud, in-memory, mobile
and analytics technologies to design IT solutions that
anticipate people‟s needs. .

19. The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship
(NFTE) provides programs enabling youth from
low-income communities to stay in school, build
skills, and unlock their entrepreneurial creativity
by launching their own businesses. NFTE also
trains thousands of Certified Entrepreneurship
Teachers.
NFTE has been SAP‟s top CSR partner in North America for
eight years. SAP employees have volunteered across major U.S.
cities as well as China, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Israel. SAP
has provided funding and laptop donations to, as well as
organized innovation competitions and awards with NFTE.

22. Junior Achievement (JA) is the world's largest
organization dedicated to educating students
about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship
and financial literacy through experiential,
hands-on programs.
SAP contributes an increasing number of cash grants to JA
each year as well as analytics and cloud technology
donations. Dedicated employee volunteers, including two SAP
leaders recently joining JA‟s Board, have committed to JA‟s
students year after year to develop their entrepreneurial skills
and embrace technology at a young age.

SAP has initiated a five-year partnership with the Sharks
Foundation and SAP Center to empower local underprivileged

and distribute more food. The time and money saved allows
volunteers to serve more people in need.
