equipments for the production, storage, supply, regeneration and distribution of Toxic and Non-
toxic chemicals. These include Pumps, Centrifuges, Chillers, Storage tanks, piping, etc.

pressure flow labs, flow calibration and metering stations with mass flow meters for various toxic
and corrosive chemical plants.
 Design of tools and fixtures for the fabrication of high-pressure vessels, welding tools and
Pneumatic proof testing facilities with regards to the chemical test stands.

Painting etc.
 Take a lead role in coordinating with the Licensors, Detailed Engineering Consultant, equipment/
package suppliers and site contractors during pre-commissioning, commissioning.

• Supervised the assembly and leak checks of Remote Filling and Draining System onboard at Launch
Pad. All dimensions related to this were verified and cleared for Stage operations.
 Launch Activities:
• Was member of the Launch servicing and last minute operations crew for the launches.
• Supervised and executed the assembly and clearance of Umbilical hoses assembly at Umbilical Tower
for the launch.
• Responsible for the leak check and clearances of Remote Filling and Draining System interfaces prior
to launch.
• Generated and reviewed all documents related to the servicing of the stage at Launch Pad.
• Member of the team in the formalization of sequences for the preparation of countdown document,
Stage Automatic Launch Sequence parameters finalization document, Stage pneumatic and fluid
interfacing document etc. Executed the Stage servicing that includes filling of propellants and gases
through the Pneumatic Umbilical system, for the launch.

same were presented in the committee.
• Failure analysis committee report (FAC implementation) was adhered to, for the realization and strictly
complying to the realization of further Stages. Responsible for the implementation of FAC
implementation schemes in all the above Stages.
• Responsible for the assembly of Remote Fill and Drain Tubing’s on First stage meant for the propellant
servicing of Stage.
• Contributed actively for the preparation of Launch countdown document, ALS document, rain protection
scheme for the vehicle, preservation checks on the stage while it was under the storage mode.
• Reviewed all the relevant documents in delta format for the functional integration of stages. This
includes hardware realization, measurement plans, leak and functional checks etc.
• Responsible for the monitoring and presentation of Stage delivery Status to various committees like
PEX, PMB, DMR, Chairman’s review etc.
 UMBILICAL SYSTEM:
As Deputy Division Head I was responsible for the realization of Pneumatic Umbilical systems for
GSLV/PSLV vehicles. The works include the following:
• Functional assembly of hardware. Acceptance tests on all hardware at ATS-LMF simulating Launch
Pad conditions prior to delivery of these for integration to Stage
• Participated in the fixing Pneumatic servicing of liquid Stages of PSLV, GSLV vehicles through
Umbilical at Launch Pad, .and load testing of all anchor points on UT at Launch Pad for the release
systems of all UCA’s for PSLV and GSLV Vehicles.
• Elaborate and special tests were conducted to verify and ascertain release cable configurations in the
Launch pad.
 Remote Fill and drain System (RFDS) ACTIVITIES:
• As a requirement for the implementation of RFDS in PS2 and GS2/PS2 Stages, coordinated for the
realization of onboard and external RFDS lines on Vehicle by coordinating for welding, NDT and
pressure tests.
• Coordination with Launch complex facility for the assembly and testing of ground segment hardware for
flights from Launch Pad.
• Preparation of a test plan for testing of Pneumatic Umbilical with RFDS provision required to be
integrated in the Second launch pad and the existing Launch pad.
 Procurement
• Procured AFNOR 7020-T6 and AA 2219 sheets from M/s Manfred-Germany for the realization of
Propellant tanks. Small forgings for tank internals and manhole covers and nozzles in AFNOR 7020 has
been realized through MEF, LPSC and that in AA 2219 have been requested to MEE/VSSC and these
are in an advanced stage of delivery.
• Responsible for the procurement of all bought-outs like screws, washers, nuts, split pins, rivets etc for
Propellant tanks.
 OTHER ACTIVITIES:
• Member of task team to verify interfaces for GSLV and PSLV flight.

  • 3. • Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays. • Conduct staff evaluation twice a year (i.e. every 6 month) and forward to Operation Manager with corrective actions in coordination with General Manager Staff’s capability. • Fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP and Infrastructure projects including building projects. Professional Exposure  Employed presently with M/s Orascom- Contrack Construction Industries, Abu Dhabi  MEP coordination activities for the HUB ZERO Project, The Green Planet project and Legoland Projects with Samsung and Meraas including design follow up and installation, commissioning and testing / Hand over of the Infrastructure & Building MEP services.  Managed and implemented all Quality Control activities in the area of planning, execution and completion in full, of all Infrastructure utilities like, AG/UG Utilities at Borouge Project, 16 bar and 4 bar Natural Gas Network, Potable water system, Irrigation system, Sewerage Distribution System, District cooling, MEP/Fire Fighting works at AL REEM Islands, Abu Dhabi  Directly responsible for the materials procurement inputs, inspection and storage of all piping and accessories for the project.  Review and analysis of contract, design, shop and as built drawings for all of the above utilities in accordance with of GASCO ADWEA, ADSSC, & ADNOC standards.  Responsible for the design and preparation of requirements related to various valve and piping requirements for all the utilities.   • 6.  To study the requirements like spares as well as capital items for plants. Inventories for mechanical, electrical and electronic accessories and compare their quotations and requirements, negotiations with suppliers, inspection and procurement.  Develop and prepare contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance of supplier companies with all guidelines, regulations and policies of local, regulations and specifications in providing infrastructure services, material and equipment. Procurement and maintenance of materials and equipments for the storage and transfer of Liquid Chemicals like, Di-Nitrogen Tetroxide, Unsymmetrical Dimethyl Hydrazine , Helium gas, Nitrogen Gas etc; for the ongoing programme of Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), a centre engaged in the R&D for the handling and storage of Liquid gases and Chemicals of the Indian Space Research Organization.  Review of Front End Engineering Document (FEED) and tender documents for finalization of various package contracts for Nitrogen plants, DM water plants, Storage tanks etc.  Development and implementation of control mechanism related to projects and process improvement.  Directly responsible for the Inspection, Erection, Testing and Maintenance of machinery and equipments for the production, storage, supply, regeneration and distribution of Toxic and Non- toxic chemicals. These include Pumps, Centrifuges, Chillers, Storage tanks, piping, etc.  Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) based on inputs from process department.  Design, Fabrication, Erection and Testing of Piping required for the facility. The circuitry includes Mass and Turbine flow meters, Liquid detectors, Centrifugal/ Gear/ and Piston pumps, Flow regulating devices such as Orifices, Venturimeters, Control valves etc.  Maintenance and installation of Electro pneumatic valves in the fluid circuitry.  Focal point for the design, fabrication, development and maintenance of various hydraulic cum pneumatic test facilities for projects in LPSC. All dimensions related to this were verified and cleared for Stage operations.  Launch Activities: • Was member of the Launch servicing and last minute operations crew for the launches. • Supervised and executed the assembly and clearance of Umbilical hoses assembly at Umbilical Tower for the launch. • Responsible for the leak check and clearances of Remote Filling and Draining System interfaces prior to launch. • Generated and reviewed all documents related to the servicing of the stage at Launch Pad. • Member of the team in the formalization of sequences for the preparation of countdown document, Stage Automatic Launch Sequence parameters finalization document, Stage pneumatic and fluid interfacing document etc. Executed the Stage servicing that includes filling of propellants and gases through the Pneumatic Umbilical system, for the launch. Acceptance tests on all hardware at ATS-LMF simulating Launch Pad conditions prior to delivery of these for integration to Stage • Participated in the fixing Pneumatic servicing of liquid Stages of PSLV, GSLV vehicles through Umbilical at Launch Pad, .and load testing of all anchor points on UT at Launch Pad for the release systems of all UCA’s for PSLV and GSLV Vehicles. • Elaborate and special tests were conducted to verify and ascertain release cable configurations in the Launch pad.  Remote Fill and drain System (RFDS) ACTIVITIES: • As a requirement for the implementation of RFDS in PS2 and GS2/PS2 Stages, coordinated for the realization of onboard and external RFDS lines on Vehicle by coordinating for welding, NDT and pressure tests. • Coordination with Launch complex facility for the assembly and testing of ground segment hardware for flights from Launch Pad. • Preparation of a test plan for testing of Pneumatic Umbilical with RFDS provision required to be integrated in the Second launch pad and the existing Launch pad.  Procurement • Procured AFNOR 7020-T6 and AA 2219 sheets from M/s Manfred-Germany for the realization of Propellant tanks. Small forgings for tank internals and manhole covers and nozzles in AFNOR 7020 has been realized through MEF, LPSC and that in AA 2219 have been requested to MEE/VSSC and these are in an advanced stage of delivery. • Responsible for the procurement of all bought-outs like screws, washers, nuts, split pins, rivets etc for Propellant tanks.  OTHER ACTIVITIES: • Member of task team to verify interfaces for GSLV and PSLV flight.
