I apologize for the delay in my response, but recently I have been out of the office.
With regards to Ruth Malan, I hope that if you have not yet hired her, that you plan to do so
soon. She came to work for me as a receptionist in my private dermatology practice, a very
new work environment for her, in which she was able to very quickly master the skills necessary
to do a great job.
Specifically, she worked to schedule patients, create patient charts, input health insurance
information into the computer, handle all sorts of patient questions by telephone--but most
importantly, she greeted each and every patient with the most wonderful enthusiasm.
Ruth made every work day a wonderful experience. She is absolutely reliable, efficient, and our
patients loved her. Hire her without delay.
