2. SET REALISTIC GOALS
 When you are “waiting for
that perfect deal” you may
feel like you’re not
procrastinating, but in
reality you are. Now, you
don’t need to settle for just
anything that comes your
ways, but you may need to
be more realistic when it
come to houses that you
choose.

3. CONSIDER THE COMPS
 Schedule an
appointment and walk
through a comparable
property for sale in the
area. This way, you can
see what the owners or
investors of similar
properties have and
have not done with
updates and upgrades.

4. DON’T GET DISCOURAGED
 Focus on progress with
your remodeling career
and learn from your
mistakes. Don’t let the
need for perfection turn
you into a procrastinator
and keep you from
making a lot of money
with remodeling!
