Cuando haces la pregunta "¿Cómo es trabajar aquí?" tu Culture es la respuesta a esta pregunta… cuando descubrimos cuáles son los valores del club y los valores de los socios del club. son realmente esos valores los que impulsan el comportamiento que conduce a lo que es ser parte del club Si lo diseñas bien, la Culture puede ser un diferenciador. Ya sea para la retención de socios, ya sea para adquirir nuevos, para realizar mejores proyectos, o en la imagen que proyectamos. Culture organizacional es el conjunto de creencias, hábitos, valores, actitudes y tradiciones de los miembros de una organización. La Culture organizacional se expresa a través de sus estrategias, estructuras y sistemas. Una organización con valores y normas claras promueve conductas positivas que se traducen en una mayor productividad dentro de la organización y en una adecuada proyección de la organización fuera de ella.

I do know people that quit because they dont like the enviroment, or the projects, or the burocracy. People quit because of our behaviors. And as Mel Robbins says. If your problema can be solved with action, then you have no problem. Because the solution depends on your proactivity. Club Cultures are a result of what we Design, or what we allow. Because people do what people see For example: A Rotaract club, most of their members always go to events.. So new members, that is the enviroment they learn. But could also be for not so positive things. puntuality. If we start permiting people to arrive 5 minutes lates, and then other 5, and never say anything. Sooner or later, puntual people are going to arrive late, because it is part of the culture. Normal behavior. And this happens with everything. If you see members that arent are growing, that leadership is centralized, , most probably is a culture issue

Generall we don’t drift where we want to be Si no sabemos porque funciona tan bien, no vamos a poder replicarlo cuando las cosas se ponen complicadas Y si no sabemos que es lo que nos hace un equipo ganador, pueda que lo “arruinemos” cuando esté bien. Así que tenemos que definir lo que hace que nuestro equipo esté trabajando bien.
