We want to share with you how rapid research techniques help us to quickly introduce a user perspective to our projects with minimal effort.

  14. 14. 14Rapid Research | UX Camp Amsterdam | June 1st 2019 |SinnerSchrader Why did the Segway fail? No concern for the established system Cars drive on roads, pedestrians walk on the sidewalk. Where would the Segway go? No perspective Cars park in special zones bikes go on racks. Where would you store your Segway before and after jour journey? No context People need to transport their groceries or commute 20 miles to work. The Segway can not do any of that.
