INTRODUCTION
 Summer Project is a mandatory and integral part for the students of
Bachelor of Information Management (BIM) program affiliated to
Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University (T.U.). BIM is included
in T.U. to prepare IT professionals proficient in the use of computers
and computational techniques in order to develop information systems
and software to solve real life problems of organizations

ORGANIZATIONAL INTRODUCTION
 I made this system for Shree Nawa Durga Bhawani Lower Secondary
School.
 Shree Nawa Durga Bhawani Lower Secendory School is an education
institute located in Juretum, Nuwakot. This school have classes form
Nursery to 8th and is a Co-ed school. This school was established in
2045 B.S. This school was established with the help of government and
the local people. The current chairman of this school is Mr. Gyan
Bahadur Lama and the principle is Mrs. Sushila Lama.

PROBLEM DEFINATION
 The school hasn’t been able to make its presence in the internet due to
which the number of students is not satisfactory also not being in the
interne has made it harder for the school to provide up to date
information to the masses easily.

OBJECTIVES
 To make a presence in the internet for the public.
 To make the enquiry about the school easy.
 To expose the school to larger number of people.
 To provide needed information to the requested party about the
school, staffs, courses, classes, etc.
 To make fee remittance faster form website using secure
payment gateways to provide students and parents with hassle-
free processing and automatic generation of fee receipts.

SYSTEM REVIEW
 The system developed for this summer project is School Enquiry and Admission
Management system for Shree Nawa Durga Bhawani School. An IT infrastructure
review provides you with an understanding of the ‘real-time health’ of your
business IT systems. It also identifies any priority areas of your IT that require
improvement – for example to capture cost savings quickly, to improve service
levels to customers or increasingly to better secure and protect your network.
 Information system is an integrated set of components for collecting, storing, and
processing data and for delivering information, knowledge, and digital products.
Business firms and other organization rely on information systems to carry out and
manage their operations, interact with their customers and suppliers, and compete in
the marketplace (James, 2009).

ISSUES AND PROBLEMS IN THE
ORGANIZATION
 The issues with-in the organization of my choosing is that they do not
have a proper IT team for them to depend on. This has led to them not
having a presence in the internet due to which the number of students
is not satisfactory also not being in the interne has made it harder for
the school to provide up to date information to the masses easily.

TOOLS USED
 HTML: It basically will be used to format text as titles and headings, to arrange
graphics on this system and also used to link different pages within a system.
 CSS: In this system CSS will be used for development sites structure by creating
design or outline the html element and describing the presentation to different pages,
including colors, layout and fonts.
 Bootstrap: In this project, Bootstrap will be used for designing and making the
website screen responsive. Different components and models will be used for
attractive user interface. In this project Bootstrap version 4.0.0 is used.
 PHP: PHP code will be embedded into HTML for making website dynamic and
used for connecting website to database.
 MySQL: In this project, MySQL will be used for the database management of the
system. Different data will be stored in the server to make the website dynamic.

CONCLUSION
 The benefits I got by completing this projects are as follow:-
 It increased problem solving skills.
 It increased exploration and idea generation skills.
 It has helped to understand how tasks are performed in real working
environment.
 It has helped us to worked as team member and time sensibility in job

FUTURE ENHANCHMENT
 More interactive user interface can be added.
 Developing a mobile application version and adding additional features
and services.
