Enacted the organization, tracking and management of all processes around 1000+ Financial Institution EV certificates
from purchase through QC. The first point of contact for any client facing escalation or certificate related incidents
requiring immediate attention. Highly successful process change-management involving the migration of reporting and
management tools required for product implementation.
• Subject Matter Expert for Customer-owned Symantec EV certificates and all associated processes
• Engaged with the product team in qualifying and on-boarding new client web certificate products; worked with 3rd
