 Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and
selection through Assessment Centers and behavioral selection interviews
 Handling all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalities.
Compensation & Benefits
 Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the

 Reviewing existing practice and to identify and implement innovative and practical solutions pertaining to reward,
compensation and benefits.
 Implementing budgeting process for the personnel costs, annual increment and management incentive process.

Industrial Relations/ Grievance handling:
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
Maintained harmonious Industrial Relations with judicious mix of Proactive and Reactive Strategies.
 Attending interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating motivational activities.
 Manages and coordinate the employee relations activities; vigilant towards the IR scenario in and around the plant.
Develop and maintain a favorable labor climate consistent with management objectives.
 Identifies legal requirements and regulations affecting functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are

 Preparation and Implementation of the Grievance Handling procedure.
 Grievance handling, counseling, visit courts with company advocates, drafting and updating case file and Handled

 Effectively liaising with Labor Department, Govt. Authorities, Union Leaders and other autonomous bodies; preparing

Labor Welfare Function:
 Supervision of staff and workers canteen, health, safety and accident prevention activities organizing sports activities

staff periodically to keep them fit and alert.
