related to their laptops.
Within 5 months got promoted as a Team Leader. This position involved mostly administration work
and even quality analysis for an assigned group of 7 employees. Managing customer grievance and
resolving complex issues of irate customers successfully thereby converting them into repeated
customers was also a part of the job.
