We are a local based company from De Aar, Northern Cape, and wants to become a known
household name.
Rika’s cleaning and Catering Services wants to enhance our two biggest assets, namely our
employees and customers.
Both parties have to be satisfied 100%.

Introduction:
Rika’s Cleaning and Catering Services were established in April 2015 when we saw the need for a
cleaning and catering company in De Aar. Our first client were a construction company erecting a
solar farm. We did cleaning for all their houses, and supplied all 3 meals for 48 staff members. From
there it escalated till we are where we are today. Owner and 18 staff members, all women. That
makes as a 100% woman business.
