An industry-leading company is seeking to increase employee
engagement and retention through an internal mentoring program.
In building the program its developers realized they needed mentors
with more diverse backgrounds. Working with Patina, the company
added external mentors with more varied experiences to supplement
the existing program and increase effectiveness.
