 Monitored Chief Ministers Comprehensive Insurance program in which more than 5,000 patients were
benefited from various Treatments. Issues smart cards to nearly 98 percent of beneficiaries. 25 deaf and
dumb children were treated for Cochlear Implant cases worth 2 crores INR under the corpus fund of CM
Insurance scheme during my tenure
 Implemented, processed, monitored and got NABH Accreditation for Government Hospital
Padmanabhapuram, third government hospital in South India
 Recruited, hired, trained and coached an average of 50 new employees per year.
 Developed a system of staff communication that ensured proper implementation of treatment plans and

worth 8 Crores INR in Government hospitals
