DataFoundry, a technology and data science company in Bengaluru had scaled quickly from a handful of employees to a team of over 250 employees across 3 countries. It was important for all employees to feel connected to the organisation, the CEO and their colleagues. We created a ‘Culture Book' themed like a magazine. Reason: A magazine’s format is familiar to everyone. Within the magazine we created custom illustrations that brought to light the immense opportunity that every employee had.
