Behind the Awards
The big Idea is to create a culture of continuous improvement where all employees are actively
engaged in improving the company
• VPS Contest is about organizing events focused on
improving specific areas within the company.
• These events involve teams of employees at all
levels, with an especially strong emphasis on
involving floor employees
• Recognition will focus on three aspects:
- Safety and Risk
- Productivity

Kaizen Contest Rules – Peraturan Kompetisi
Peserta/ Presenter
1. Setiap section (L2) mengirimkan 4 kaizen terbaik dari section-nya masing-masing
2. Peserta diberikan waktu tidak lebih dari 1 menit untuk memperkenalkan diri (Nama, Section, Yel – Yel, Judul kaizen)
Presenter have not more than 1 minute for introduction (name, section, yel-yel, kaizen title)
2. Waktu presentasi setiap kelompok peserta tidak lebih dari 4 menit
Presenter have 4 minutes to deliver their presentation material
3. Peserta dalam kelompok dapat saling bergantian menjawab pertanyaan dari juri
Presenter in the group can take turns answering questions from the judges.
4. Kaizen yang menang akan mewakili P&C dalam kompetisi antar departemen
The winner will represent P&C in inter department competition
Juri / Judges
1. Waktu Q&A setiap Kaizen 5 menit
Q&A time per Kaizen is 5 minutes
2. Pertanyaan hanya dapat diajukan oleh dewan juri.
Questions can only be asked by judges.
3. Penilaian Kaizen menggunakan online form
Kaizen scoring using online form
4. Dewan juri diundang untuk diskusi ringkas terkait hasil penilaian sebelum pemenang diumumkan.
The judges will be invited for a brief discussion regarding the scoring results before the winner is announced
