WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Google Suggest is quite often the first impression an online
user will have of you. Being associated with negative and
misinformed search suggestions can be damaging and
upsetting, impacting peoples’ perception. The negative searches
become self-perpetuating; driven by the natural traffic your
brand is receiving, whilst constantly reinforcing the negative
connotations. We can work with you to help you put your best

name or businesses into Google.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you’ve described your issues, our research team will conduct a thorough
analysis of the Autocomplete terms appearing for your name or business name.
We select positive or neutral entries to promote, and through this process the
negative entries get pushed out of the suggested results.
Autocomplete remediation is a completely technological solution that does not rely on the
creation of new content. Our methods are backed by extensive research, development, and testing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We strongly recommend an engagement term of 6 months or longer. Although you will see results
much sooner than that, it takes time to make the changes stick.
