AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE JUROS SOBRE CAPITAL PRÓPRIO
São José, 24 de março de 2023.
A INTELBRAS S.A. INDÚSTRIA DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO ELETRÔNICA BRASILEIRA (B3: INTB3)
("Companhia" ou "Intelbras"), comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que o Conselho de
Administração da INTELBRAS., em reunião realizada hoje, deliberou declarar e pagar juros sobre capital
próprio (JCP) no valor bruto de R$ 38.895.053,56, correspondente a R$ 0,118723243 por ação. Farão
jus aos JCP os acionistas titulares de ações de emissão da Intelbras ("INTB3") ao final do pregão do dia
29 de março de 2023, sendo que as ações serão negociadas “ex-juros sobre capital próprio” a partir
de 30 de março de 2023.
Os acionistas terão seus créditos a título de pagamento de JCP a partir do dia 15 de agosto de 2023,
que, após deduzido o valor relativo ao Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte - IRRF, na forma da legislação
em vigor, importam o valor líquido de R$ 0,100914757 por ação, exceto para os acionistas que
comprovarem até 30 de março de 2023, junto ao Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. ("Itaú"), instituição
financeira escrituraria das ações da INTB3, sua condição de imunes ou de desobrigadas da retenção
por disposição legal. Os acionistas cujos cadastros estejam desatualizados deverão se dirigir a uma
agência do Itaú para atualização dos dados cadastrais ou ligar na central de atendimento a investidores
3003-9285 (capitais e regiões metropolitanas) ou 0800 7209285 (demais localidades).
Os acionistas usuários da custódia fiduciária terão seus créditos disponíveis conforme procedimentos
adotados pela B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão. O valor pago como JCP será imputado aos dividendos
obrigatórios exercício social a se encerrar em 31 de dezembro de 2023, conforme determina o artigo
26 do estatuto social da INTELBRAS.

PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY

INTELBRAS S.A. INDÚSTRIA DE TELECOMUNICAÇÃO ELETRÔNICA BRASILEIRA (B3: INTB3)
("Company" or "Intelbras"), hereby informs its shareholders and market in general that the Board of
Directors of the Intelbras, on its meeting held today, has resolved on the declaration and payment of
interest on equity, in the gross amount of BRL 38,895,053.56, corresponding to BRL 0.118723243 per
share. The shareholders of Intelbras ("INTB3") at the end of March 29th
, 2023 will have the right to
interest on equity, and the shares INTB3 will begin to be negotiated ex interest on equity as of March
30th
, 2023.
The shareholders will have their credits available as of August 15th
, 2023, which, after deducted the
amount related to the Income Tax, pursuant to the applicable law, result in the net amount of BRL
0.100914757 per share, except for the shareholders that prove up to March 30th
, 2023 to Itaú Corretora
de Valores S.A. ("Itaú"), financial institution responsible for the INTB3 shares' bookkeeping, their
immunity or that they are legally waived from retention of Income Tax. The shareholders whose
registrations are not updated shall go to an Itaú's agency for the updating of the registration data or
call in the investor’s attendance central 3003-9285 (capitals and metropolitan areas) or 0800 7209285
(other locations).
The shareholders users of fiduciary custody will have their credits available in accordance to the
procedures adopted by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão. The amount paid as interest on equity shall be
imputed to the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31st
, 2023, as
determined by section 26 of INTELBRAS' bylaws.
