Majan Printing & Packaging (MPP) is one of the leading printing & packaging house in GCC established
in 1996 under the patronage of Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi with excess of 500 employees with a
turnover of more than USD 70 million, serving top brand in and out of UAE which includes Fast food
chains, Major FMCG’s, Pharmaceuticals etc.
Majan’s core competency is on Offset and flexible printing for all types of paper, duplex and food board,
and Majan holds the more than 8 quality certificates including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2008 ,BRC ,
HACCP, FSC & PEFC.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Develop a Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Monitor daily activity of the sales coordinators.
• Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
• To interact daily with business managers on the tasks to be undertaken.
• To maintain close follow up of the finished goods stocks and advise the sales personnel
accordingly.
• To interact with logistics on the daily basis and send the list of items to be dispatched and closely
monitor the same.
• Coordinate sales action plans for individual sales people & oversee the activities and performance
of sales team
• Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team and liaise with other company
