Qualifications:
I’ve been working in the finance area for about 20 years, I started my experience working in outsourcing,
which gave me a broad overview of the different areas of a company, in different segments.
I also worked in a large business advisory named Control Solutions, where in my portfolio of clients with
others were large companies such as PeopleSoft, McCain, Keepers Brazil, Engibras, which allowed me
to work with international reports with conversion to foreign currency using USGAAP standards.
I also had experience working multinational companies placed in Brazil, where I could apply the
knowledge already obtained, and also acquire new experiences learning about the business needs,
leading teams, developing processes and methodologies of work.
I was 6 months (2005) in an exchange in London where he developed the fluency in English.
I have solid experience in all accounting routine, financial planning, costs control, transfer pricing,
inventory control, IFRS and USGAAP.
I also had the opportunity to participate to the coordination team of deployment of two ERP systems (RM
Corpore and ORACLE).
In my last position, I was responsible for the accounting department of Visteon Automotive Systems, the
company of auto sector, where in addition to coordinating all accounting and direct taxes routine, for local
proposes and USGAAP, I also worked in the adoption of new Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs),
Accounting internal controls and SOX to ensure the reliability of financial statements.
Currently I am Accounting Manager at Fidelity. Fidelity is a global leader in financial services technology,
where I’m in charge of coordinating all accounting and taxes routine, for local proposes and USGAAP,
supporting the management in the planning analysis, finance support to the business decisions. Also in
charge of build the structure to guarantee adherence to corporate control and compliance guidelines,
meet regulatory requirement.
I’m focused in long-term deliverables without missing the short-term priorities. Balance goals with core
