 Presently working as a Senior Accountant for Two Restaurant Companies
(Thailand and New York Based) in U.A.E, under the same ownernership since
July 2014. (Duration: 2 Years)
Duties Involved:
 Handling the Full Accounts from the beginning stage of company setup.
 Maintain the complete Accounting System from Journal Entries to the
Balance Sheet.
 Responsible for maintaining the accuracy in Financial Statements.
 Passing Journal Entries, Rectifying Entries and preparing Ledgers, Trial
Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
 Calculating Cost of Production and Cost of one unit produced.
 Maintaining capital accounts of partners as per the Share Ratio.
 Pulling out the data required by the partners from the accounts and
presenting in a good and easily understandable format.
 Recording Daily Sales and depositing Cash sales in to the Bank.
 Maintaining the Accounts Receivables (Debtors) and following up the
collection from debtors.
 Maintaining the Accounts Payables (Creditors) and preparing cheques
for payment to Creditors.
 Calculation of Depreciation on Fixed Assets.
 Taking Closing Stocks.
 Dealing with Bank related Issues.
 Making online payment of bills and other expenses.
 Preparing Payrolls and calculating Over Time payments.
 Responsible for maintaining proper method of filing the documents.
 Presentation of Financial Data to the Auditors.
 Daily Backup of Accounting Software.
 Taking care of Post Dated Cheques (PDC).
 Physical Verification of Inventory (Stock).
