This is one cylinder axial engine which uses reciprocating action of piston for two phase compression to attain high compression ratio.Two phase compression increases compression ratio. It uses special type of multipurpose quad-laterally driven scotch yoke actuator. Scotch yoke actuator has multiple slots which increases the rotation force application area.
