database, Content Server, Method server and Application server for Development, Test and Prod
environment. We need to develop the application through D2 config following the Design
Specification document.

As a Team Member my responsibilities included:
• Involved in the creation of FS, DS and URS for the application.
• Created Workflow template for the application through Workflow Manager and deploy
that into the Docbase.
• Created ACL, Properties Page, Template , Dictionary, Autonaming, Autolinking and
Lifecycle through D2 Config.
• Tested the scenario in D2 Client after creating configuration through D2 Config.

Project Description
In this we have to provide support and maintenance for the FirstDoc application. The
application which we used is FirstDoc (provided by CSC) 6.0.Apart from this, we need to provide
platform support as well. Platform support consists of monitoring/troubleshooting and restart
of application server, rendition server, watermark server, JMS and DB server.
As a Team Member my responsibilities included:
• Involved in the development and testing of Novartis system IQ’s/OQ’s.
• Involved in Requirement Analysis and Requirement Gathering for support process.
• Provided support and maintenance for the application based on Documentum 6.5.
• Involved in monitoring and housekeeping of various wintel server and applications
